Disappointing Very upset and disappointed by this hotel. My daughter and I went to The Audubon Zoo and decided since we were 4 hours away to stay. I booked a room with garden tub and balcony needless to say that is not what I got. My 13 ur old also has a heart condition which is the entire reason we were there for a break and to try to get her mind off of everything but we checked in at 4:00 and at 7:10 she started feeling bad and wanted to go home so I called the front desk tried to explain this to the night manager on staff and he was VERY Rude he kept cutting me off. Said sorry nothing we can do he wouldn't even begin to listen to what I was saying after a long day my daughter feeling terrible and me having to drive that late all I wanted was at least half my money back but I get an email this morning they also charged $50 bucks for the valet parking that we didnt even use. I'm sure there's some that have great experiences there but ours was not if they would understand THERES certain circumstances that can not be helped that's uncontrollable but as I said that wasn't the case.
